Question:  Can I bill each of my subscribers on their activation date?

Answer:  SIMPLer can bill your subscribers either on their activation date or on support a pro-rating to support one billing day per month.

Question:  Can SIMPLer bill monthly or annually?

Answer:  SIMPLer allows you to setup different products and the number of cycles associated with each of them.

Question:  Will SIMPLer support IP Pay payment gateway?

Answer:  Yes, IP Pay is already supported by SIMPLer, along with Authorize.net and other commonly used gateways.

Question:  When credit card is set to manual, can we charge card by clicking button.

Answer:  Yes. You can pay off an individual invoice, multiple invoices, take prepayments or partial payments. The abilities are also available on the End User Portal for the subscribers to do themselves.

Question:  We cannot currently create invoices manually -  we have to wait until the next bill date - Could we create manual invoices independent of monthly charge invoices?

Answer:  Yes. SIMPLer allows custom invoices to be created at any time...in addition to the monthly invoice.

Question:  ACH out of customer checking account is currently a manual process.  Our current system "processes" the payment by showing it in the customer account, but does not send info to bank.  I have to take that info and fax info to bank.  If an automatic solution could be found for this, it would be wonderful.

Answer:  If you are using Authorize.Net to process eChecks SIMPLer can automate the entire process. However, for other financial institutions the process is still slightly manual. Most banks will give an interface where an operator can upload a CSV file in a particular format for batch processing. If we are provided with the format the bank is expecting for this CSV then we can add a schema to the system that is used to produce a CSV file and flag all the invoices as paid. The operator only needs to upload the CSV to the banks portal.

Question:  I need the ability to add credits to account when necessary.

Answer:  SIMPLer allows you to add credits or pre-payments to customer accounts as necessary.

Question:  I need the ability to overwrite cost of charge items.

Answer:  SIMPLer supports this.
 

Question:  I need the ability to either print invoice, email invoice to customer (or both) or not send any notification to customer.

Answer:  SIMPLer supports this.

Answer:  SIMPLer supports already.  Although, there is also a "Lock" you can put on the database for closing months out.

Question:  I need the ability to print out daily report showing income, credit card payments, ACH payments, Cash/Check payments, and any other adjustments for that day.

Answer:  SIMPLer supports already.  You may also use Crystal Reports or Jasper Reports to creat your own custom reports out of the SIMPLer system.

Answer:  SIMPLer supports already.  You may also use Crystal Reports or Jasper Reports to creat your own custom reports out of the SIMPLer system.  Use custom fields to collect additional information on your subscribers.

Answer:  Please explain further.  Are you talking about sales commissions for sales folks or resellers?
